C.O.D. orders are subject an additional fee of $12.50.

Net 30 Open Account:

Prior credit approval required. You may call or email us to request a credit application. Past due accounts are subject to a Finance Charge of 1-1/2% per month, 18% per year. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee.

When your order is received by Protective Products, your credit card number will be entered into a Point of Sale terminal where the purchase amount will be authorized electronically. Billing for the charge should occur on your next credit card statement.

However, due to our constant efforts to offer you the very best Surface Protection products, we must reserve the right to change product specifications without notice. Sales and/or Use Taxes will be collected in the states of Illinois and Georgia. For purchases shipped to other states, taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders are subject to acceptance.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Protective Products, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, subject to the conditions below. Please call us at 1-800-789-6633 before returning any item. A customer service representative will be able to assist you and will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Products returned without an RA number will be refused. Your RA number is only valid for 30 days. The RA number must appear on your return packaging label or on the outside of the box. All non-defective items returned for credit must be unused and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be completed within 60 days of the date of invoice. Shipping is non-refundable. Credit for returned products will be issued only after return and evaluation is complete.
